Dynamic Daito-ryu
The above clip is an old movie from the 1970s detailing Soden Waza, these techniques are unique to the Takumakai. Featured in the video are two of my teachers. Amatsu sensei at 7m06s who specialises in only teaching Soden techniques. A young Kawabe Takeshi sensei is also featured for part of the clip at 4m54s.

The above video depicts Kondo sensei the Head of School for Mainline Daito-ryu. Here he discusses the lineage of Hisa Takuma sensei of the Takumakai. Hisa was one of only two students of Takeda sensei to receive a Menkyo Kaiden or certificate of full transmission in Dato-ryu Aiki Jujutsu. Hisa sensei also received an 8th Dan in Aikido from Ueshiba sensei and was a Sumo champion during his university years.

The Clip above is a demonstration at the October 2010 Embu Taikai by the Gold Coast Study Group (Dokokai) of Australian Branch Takumakai Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu. This is a koryu tradition with many techniques performed as kata. This demonstration contains examples of traditional aiki nage, aiki jujutsu, jujutsu and some modern goshin jutsu (self defence).
